Unassign Operator?

Hi there,

We have a weird bug which keeps happening and I've mentioned on here before but we've not been able to identify the cause. Basically, we're on chat with a customer and somehow the chat disconnects (it shows they're still connected to customers, but to operators it shows the chat as ended).

We therefore take another chat, only for the previous chat to reconnect and customer to continue the conversation.

Now we're using the queue, it pops up as a chat and assigns an operator in brackets to the chat e.g. (Bex) in the Operator column, but does not appear as a chat window, or let us Take / Start the chat.

If I right click and click 'Unassign Operator' it states I do not have permissions. I have access to the Admin Panel, how can I 1. fix the issue 2. allow this as a permission?
