Live chatLive Doesn't start After update

Hi Livezilla support group,
your Software Is the best and I appreciate about that

I've updated my Livezilla server and client from version 3.3.2.2 to 6.2.0.0 ,unfortunately since then when the customer tries to start chat, the operator is not notified about it (it doesn't ring nor show notification). Worked properly before the update
Operator is shown as Online and even offline message can be sent by the customer and subsequently read by the operator, but live chat doesn't work, it doesn't notify the operator about the fact that the customer started the chat.

Hi,

Did you troubleshoot your installation as suggested?

What errors/problems did you get when updating?

Awesome! I'm really big a fan of Livezilla! :D

Based on the solution for the problem, I droped all the tables on PhpmyAdmin's panel, and changed the MySQL Engine from MyISAM to InnoDB on the Installation page. The problem is solved now!
