Not available on mobile devices ?!

Hello,

first of all, sorry, if my english is not the best.

We got some problems with LiveZilla. When i open the website with my browser on my computer the Chat will be there.

But when i open the website with my Iphone or Ipad the Chat is not there ?!

Can we fix it ?

Hi,

You can configure touch / mobile device support in the Link Generator individually for each script.

Feel free to provide an URL where you have installed the LiveZilla chat button code and can't see the chat widget on your IPAD.

I can not find the settings. We use the version for free. Is it even here possible ?!

There are no restrictions in the free version that could cause the problem you have.
