It would be helpful to be able to tell via API if a chat was forwarded and to whom. Or better, keep a field with the 'parent' ChatId.

Dear Livezilla Team,

i second this suggestion.
It striked me, that a chat keeps it chatID if an Operator actively takes over a chat from e.g. a bot. But if i forward the Chat from a Bot to a human operator via API, a new chat is generated.
Afaik there is no convenient way to tell which two chats belong together after being forwarded (at least not with absolut certainty). Thats kind of problematic when analysing and handling a big amount of chats.

You could for example just keep the chatID when forwarding it, or include a parentID in the API request, as suggestet by my fellow board user.
Or maybe add the option to group or merge corresponding chats together in the Chat-Archiv.

Best Regards

Hi Funnyman,

Thanks for your thoughts.

I agree with you, BOT chat forwards should be handled the same way as human chat forwards so I have added this to our list.

Hello Livezilla Team,
is it possible to integrate the API of apiwha.com? They provide a complete API for Whatsapp.

Yes, LiveZilla API (chat) allows you to integrate any 3rd party API.
