LiveZilla - chat archive loading stuck

One of our chat operators has the following issue: when Livezilla client is open, it starts loading chat archive and there's an unreasonable number of items to download. Screenshot attached.

Under User Management -> Permissions -> Archives, this user has "can only see his own archived chats" set.

After Livezilla has been open for 15 minutes, the application freezes and the operator doesn't see that new chats are still arriving to him. Needs to close the client and re-open it.

Only one operator is affected, but we have created different Livezilla accounts for him and tested on different computers - still the same.

Please advise how to troubleshoot this.
