Good day

We noticed that website visitors are getting auto chat invites without the operator initiating them.

Could you please let us know how to disable this as we tried to do so but when we use the client and try to change the option "Auto Chat Invites" we get a pop up that says "you have no permission for this action”.

We attached an image to this post to provide a visual view of the error that we get.

What settings do we have to change on the server and / or client to stop auto chat invites from being sent to website visitors without the operators initiating them?

The only chat that we like to take place is when the operator invites a web visitor, we do not want it to be -automatically sent by the system.

Hi thenyboss,

You just need to hit the "Auto Chat Invites" Button again (or use the dropdown to set it to deactivated).

You can use the administrator account you used to activate the chat invites to do that. Alternatively, you could grant the permission to modify events under:
LiveZilla Server Admin -> User Management -> Operators -> Operator -> Permissions -> Events -> Operator can edit all events
