Custom Input Field Question

I have just installed the mobile app and I have noticed that when I get chat requests it does not show my input fields the customer filled out. It will work for the desktop client but not the mobile. On the mobile app it only shows the default input fields for the operator. Is there an option I missed somewhere or is this a known issue with the mobile version of the LiveZilla Mobile App? It feels silly to have customers fill out my custom fields then I have to ask them again when I start chatting with them. Thanks for the help and great software!

Hi RubyFam,

Along with hundreds of other features, custom input fields are not supported yet.

As a matter of course, we are working on it.
