Hello.

Creating the script/code for the on-site chat overlay with link-generator we can input the header text for online and offline button.
But where we can change it for other languages ??

We need 3 languages English, German and Italian.

I've seen in the translations the textfield "client_bot_overlay_title", what doesn't work for me.

Why there are'nt to different textfields ??

client_bot_overlay_title_online
client_bot_overlay_title_offline

thanks for any helps.

best regards
albatros

Hi Albatros,

The BOT title only works for BOT chats (virtual assistent) not for regular chats.

If you have a multilanguage website you will need to create multiple chat codes, one for each language. It's the same as with the regular/classis graphic chat button or with the text link.

Hope this helps.
