Hello,

I have some questions about the commercial chat:

1. To start a chat session, is that you buy an access code via Paypal and we then entered on the start page of the chat or is it that you are taken directly to the session chat after confirming the payment?

2. If there is an access code, we can generate free access codes that is given to individuals so that it can have free access to our live chat?

Thank you in advance for your answers and help.

Please accept my respectful feelings.

Goodbye.

Hi Romano,

1.) After payment you will receive your access code by email, the chat session will not start directly.
2.) Yes, you can create codes through and set them as paid although they aren't.

Hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for responding,

My sister put me Livezilla (not easy to do as above to create the MySQL database).

I would like to know how to create code for my commercial chat. I have not found how. I know how to enable the commercial chat but not to create free codes.

Could you tell me how please?

Thank you in advance.

Goodbye.

If your question is, how do you create voucher codes through the client console manually, then this isn't possible.

How is this done? I'd like to be able to give a user a free voucher as well.

As stated before, you can not create vouchers through the console so you will need to register vouchers through the chat interface manually. It would be fine to register one code you never deactivate or always reactivate.
