1. how can i setup virtual assistant like your website has.

2. i'm already your customer, i send you offline message with my cutomer nummber but no one answer me.

Hi

We answer all emails with a valid customer number but often there's a type in the email so the response will not arrive. Please always check and double check. Thanks.

Hello,

I have 2 users - 1 is admin & 2 is virtual person.
Added 2nd user as virtual person and checked the "member" box in groups column for the chat bot(virtual person) in user management.

I referred to http://www.livezilla...or-your-website and created chat bot and added couple of question & answers to bot feeds and saved it.
But when I try to chat from my web page it either shows live chat option if the operator (admin) is available or else has the leave a message option.
Can someone please help me out on how to get the chat option of only the virtual operator and not the live chat (admin).

I see "Questions? Ask Johnny" chat window in http://www.livezilla.net/
I exactly need an option like that.
