Only one operator recieving chats?

Is this correct? We have 8 operators using livezilla, but when a user initiates a chat on the website only one operator can accept or deny the chat; this operator is choosen at random and all other operators do not get a chance to recieve the chat request.

If that operator declines the chat, the user is not served or if they are busy, the user continues to wait for that operator instead of asking the others if they are available within the group. How can i make it so all operators recieve the chat request on a "first to accept wins" basis?

why does this not work in the 3.1.8.1 beta?

You have to activate it in the server configuration. It also depends on your group setup, in case your visitor selects the sales group, operators of technical service will not get the call.
