Hi,

I did a multi-domain LiveZilla configuration. Created 2 operator Groups, each of them has its Filter in order to not show to operators visitors from the "other" domain.
I did 2 different Button-URL with hidden Group selection to not have cross-domain chats....
Also created 2 admin users for the two Groups.

The problem is that when I create reports I can see both domain visitors in the Visitors list.
Is there any way to filter the reports data by group/domain?

Thanks

No, that's not possible in the current version of LiveZilla (4.0.1.2).

However, the brand new version 4.1 allows to have different reports using the multiserver feature:
LiveZilla (4.1 or greater) comes with a new Multiserver feature. This feature allows you to use all LiveZilla functions (Live Chats, Visitor Monitoring, Offline Messages, Statistics) on different websites without having to set up different LiveZilla Server installations, even when the websites are operated by different companies. Each website requires its own database (=set of MySQL tables) which ensures that no data gets mixed up and allows you to have different configurations for each of the websites (Users, Settings, Chat Buttons ...).

A stable release can be expected in the next 2-3 weeks.

Hope this helps.

This will help for sure!!!

We just bought a Premium Bundle D license, will this be valid for the upcoming release too or shall we have to buy a new license?

Thanks

No, you don't have to buy a new license. That's included in your package.

Another question:
Will the new version bring a "multisite" chat transcript sending email too?
I will like to set-up a "no-reply@siteone.com" and "no-reply@sitetwo.com"....

Thanks

Yes, that can be configured for each site (and each group) separately in 4.1.
