Do Statistic Module reports consider Group Schedules?

If I set up the operator hours under Users -> Group, will this be reflected in the reports when it determines operator availability? In other words, if we're only open 9-5 and I always have an operator available, will my operator availability in the Overview report hit 100%, or is this number based on 24/7 week?

I'm not currently using the group schedule because our website won't present the button outside of those hours. But maybe I should change this practice, as I'm also interested in knowing how many chats someone would like to have initiated while we were offline. Is that information captured and reported against?

Yes, exactly.

At this time, schedules are not being considered.

Whch one? How many users tried to initiate a chat? The reports are showing the amount of users that have opened the chat window pay day.
