Update report

I bought the paid version of the reports of LiveZilla, but I have a doubt.
In many cases we generate test chats, or even care that we do not contain customer data, it ends up creating misinformation in the report. Just wanted to remove these treatments.
I've tried deleting the service and use the option to recalculate the report, but not solved.

I wonder how we can solve it.

There's currently no way to exclude chats from the reports.

The only workaround would be to delete the visitor from the visitors mysql table and regenerate the report laterwards.
