I have a few different domains that I want to monitor with the same installation. I added the live support button to domains outside of my main installation, and I'm not notified when visitors are on that page. What can I do? If they click the button, it takes them to the page on my primary domain, and that works just fine.

I asked the same issue multiple times. It works on one site but notifications do not work on the others. I have never received responses to any of my questions from admins of this software unfortunately. If we are lucky, some other user may help us out.

Please be so kind to provide the URL where tracking doesn't work for you and an URL where tracking works for you.

Hi,
There are 2 URL's that work (they are both on the same root of my host). www.praytherevolution.com. Those domains are interchangeable.

The domains that don't work are www.20elements.com.
Thanks!

Hi Patrick,
Please see http://www.medischedule.com , this works perfect
Please see http://www.emedischedule.com , and this does not work at all. It only works if somebody actually clicks on the chat icon. Thank you for your help

http://www.johnburtondesign.com
- XHTML code used in HTML website

http://www.20elements.com

http://www.medischedule.com/
- looks good

http://www.emedischedule.com/
- line breaks have been removed from code. recreate XHTML code and embed it again without removing any linebreaks!

Could you explain a little further? The code is at www.r180.com/blog. You can see it on the right sidebar.
Not sure what you mean about xhtml on www.johnburtondesign.com. The button is on the lower right hand side.
Thanks!

When creating the tracking script you can differ between XHTML and HTML. It's important to select the correct language setting.
