Can you help to understand what represent "On Chat page", "Chats" and "Waiting Time" on the section Chats of the reports.

Chats Accepted and Chats Declined refer to the visitor or to the operators?

"On chat page" => Amount of users who opened the LiveZilla Chat Window from your website
"Chats" => Amount of users who started a chat with you
"Waiting time" => Average waiting time for a chat representative
