We purchased the statistics module and while the event setup is quite good overall I am wondering how to set up an event for abandoned shopping carts.
I added a couple of URLs for the funnel mode, so tracking a user following our checkout process is fine, but I seem to be unable to catch the user closing his browser / leaving our page.
Or (possibly simpler) I'd like to define an URL as part of the funnel (like the 'successful conversion' page) which triggers the event if it is not reached by the user within x minutes, or something like that.

Please tell me whether I am overlooking something here or if LiveZilla is or will be able to track this kind of event.

I don't think that's possible. It would require a user action but when the user has left the page you don't have any user actions.

However, if you have set up two goals:
1.) User enters shopping cart
2.) User completes checkout

You should also have the amount of user who abort in between (1-2).

Kind Regards,
