Hi, I was receiving tech support on a different script and they told me this:

"It seems that you have a "problem" on your page with calls to /support/server.php that are made over and over... and that really creates problem with the code of the widget. (it seems that it is "stopped" everytime a new call is made). Maybe you should check that with Firebug to see what is wrong."

I didn't know what he was talking about so I did a view source on the page and saw that server.php is part of LiveZilla, so here I am ;)

Any idea what is wrong, if anything?

Me neither ;)

Of course, the GeoTracking script needs to poll the server.php every X seconds in order to announce that the visitor is still alive. You can influence the poll frequency in LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration - > Server settings. I recommend a visitor tracking poll frequency of >= 20 seconds.
