Hello everyone,

I wonder if I can add a new field on the form that the client requests the service. I would like to register a field called telephone, and let it recorded the conversation.

This might be a possible option if you know PHP and Mysql, since this is not a feature that exsite within LiveZilla at the moment. Anyways not that I know.
I have never seen an option where we can add Custom Fields to our chat index.
