refreshing the database??? maybe...

Our company deals with a bunch of clients from all over the world. We get a lot of spelling errors in the ratings. I found the file in the ratings directory, but when I edit the spelling, it does not update in the system. What do I need to do to refresh the system so the changes made will show?

Spelling errors? You want to correct the spelling errors your customers made when they rate you? Why?

Yes, we have many operators that can view all ratings inside their department. They want to be able to see what people say about each others service. Some of these messages are so bad that they are hard to decipher. Regardless of why, how do I get the changes to take place?

In order to save resources we transmit each rating only once. I am sorry, but I don't thing that there will be a proper solution for your problem. :(
