Hi all,

Firstly, I have trialled several live chat softwares, both free and paid versions, and LiveZilla is by far, the best I have used. :D

The only thing I have been unable to find is a reporting and analytics feature imbedded into the software.

Do you plan on adding a reporting and analytics feature in the future?

If not, can anyone recommend or suggest an add on, either a free version or a reasonably priced solution that will show me:
Total number of chats
Invitation acceptance rate
Total chat engagement rate
Total missed chat opportunities
Total time taken per chat/average
Report on visitor locations
Identify the most successful proactive invites
Determine proper staffing by the amount of chats received in time intervals

Thank you for your assistance.

I've been using LiveZilla for quite a while now, and so far I haven't seen anything quite as robust. However the reporting and analytics is where I feel more can be done in terms of generating custom reports.

Because I've had my colleagues ask for detailed analytics and a way to drill down on those analytics for top level management, in the current setup we only get a fixed number of metrics which is fine but what if I do not need a certain metric like page visits but I need to know how many of those page visits actually converted and probably a nice pie chart to visualize this.

So to that effect I would suggest if re-building the current reporting dashboard will be a hustle, why not create an Api that we can use to connect to a service like Zapier which will open up a lot of potential for guys like us who need custom dashboards.

Thanks in advance.

What you are asking for is already there.

You can create events representing your conversion scenario (like visit page xyz) -> link the event to a goal -> find goal in your reports.

Please note the new analytics feature in LiveZilla 8.x.

Hope that helps.
