Getting this error in the client Log;

Your server has reached the GeoTracking request limitation. No further resolutions will be possible within the next 24 hours. DoubleClick this entry to remove the limitation

I have tried ...

1) Server configuration > Premium - Deactivate and Activate by re-entering the key.
2) Server configuration > GeoTracking - Deactivate and Activate and entered my name and email.

... tried (1)+(2) twice ... still the same error in the log and no visitors shown on the map (when the limit is reached).

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Jesper

Which PHP version do you use? LiveZilla requires PHP 5.

Frankly, I don't know ... the Server test validates OK. Does this answer your question?

LiveZilla Server Admin - Server Test said:

The Server Test finished successfully!

Or I will have to ask the server administrator.

Unfortunately, the test does not check the PHP version but your host will surely update you to PHP 5 immediately if you ask him to do so.

Please ...

1.) make sure that you are using the latest Version of LiveZilla which is 3.1.8.6
2.) make sure that you are running PHP 5 (would be great if you could post/pm the link to a PHP Info file)
3.) try to deactivate / reactivate the GeoTracking Server and the GeoTracking Premium Option.

If the problem persists please logon to your webserver using FTP and delete the file
 / _config / _GEO_SPAN_
and check if the file is being recreated. If that's the case, please PM me your GT serial and I will check if there's something wrong with it.

Thanks.
