Alternate URL when support offline

Hi Guys,

First of all, fantastic software, very good job!

I have a question and that is, when live support are offline, is it possible to change where the links go to? At present the user is taken to LiveZillas contact form for leaving a message however I want to direct customer to our own inhouse email contact form instead - is this possible?

No, thats not possible at this time - I am sorry. If you have some PHP / JavaScript skills you can code that for yourself.

We want to redirect it to our ticket submission page.

I like the idea to redirect the user to your ticket system ... but he will have a small / reduced popup window then which is not optimal I think. :?

What about visitors get redirected right when they click on the "chat offline" icon?

Thats exactly what I'm wanting, when the offline icon is displayed, the URL is for our contact form instead

That will be a great feature.

Many of us should be piping the leave msg emails to help desks anyways, so pointing the visitor to help desk should be a better option. And many of the help desks provide kb article matching before submission and many other features. So I am sure many LiveZilla users will love to point the user to a ticket submission url rather than the form.

It got built into the new version that came out today, I am so glad this finally got added, it was needed. :D

LiveZilla Server Admin -> Link Generator -> Advanced.

I have found some problem about alternate URL when support offline. When I have click on offline button it still open live chat windows and then redirect URL in that window. ;)

Same here.

First it opens the chat window and then redirects to our helpdesk submit ticket url within that small window which does not hold the page well.

Was not the new version supposed to redirect to just to the offline url without opening the small window.

Every other solution will waste ressources and/or requires us to fully redesign our scripts and their background. It's not worth it to apply major changes for such a tiny feature.

Guys I'm sorry to be really picky but I don't like how the forwarded link opens within the same popup window as the chat applet does, is there anything that can be done about this to either open on the existing page or open up a new full size page?
