Analytics "availability" is not working anymore

Hello,

since the first of Junuary 2020, the "availability" in the Analytics area does'nt work anymore.

It shows for alle days 0min availability.

We use the Server Version 8.0.1.1. .

Is this bug already known and maybe a solution available?

It's most likely related to the memory_limit beeing too low to finalize the last years.

Make sure to check the logs.

  • We extended the "memory_limit" to 256M, but without any effect on the "availability" in the "Analytics" section.
  • We've also updated to the current Version 8.0.1.7, but also without any effect.
  • The log files were cleared last week and by now there are'nt any log entries yet.


What also can we do, to solve the problem ?

Did you check the logs?

Depending on your visitor / operator count, 256 might still be too low.

We only have about 5.000 to 10.000 visitors per day and 5 concurrent Operators.

The very interesting point on this issue is, that the reports where ok until the 1st January 2020. Just up from this date the report of the operator availability is not working anymore.


The logs of our two servers (with separate licence) are completely empty, since I deleted them at the 11 of February.
