Dear Livezilla Team,

We have sent several requests to your support as well as posted questions in the forum. It appears that currently no one is getting back, the roadmap not touched since August, 28th which is quite concerning. Are there any issues? Can you please get back to us and on our questions?

Hi Daniel,

Considering that we are not charging any support fees while LiveZilla (as an extensive, selfhosted php application) has potentional for huge number of support issues per user, we are typically receiving more requests than our small support team can handle. Your latest tickets are quite complicated, describing highly individual issues that seem not to affect other users. Unfortunately, changing the behaviour of LiveZilla towards individual requirements is outside of the scope of our support.
