Ticket Invites Not Working

I set up a "Send Ticket Invite" event but it isn't triggering anything.

I have operating hours set up, is that something that would prevent ticket invites from being sent?

Hi,

You will need to check and double check your configuration.

Opening hours will affect invites. Outside of opening hours, no invites will be sent.
