autoresponder endless bouncebacks

hello there - is there a way to prevent that sometimes autoresponder does a infinite loop with other auto responders from customers?
often i get something like this:


Mail Delivery Subsystem <MAILER-DAEMON@xyxyxyxyxy>

Final-Recipient: RFC822; MAILER-DAEMON@xyxyxyxyxy
X-Actual-Recipient: RFC822; postmaster@xyxyxyxyxy

Diagnostic-Code: SMTP; 550-Mailbox unknown. Either there is no mailbox associated with this
Last-Attempt-Date: Mon, 3 Jun 2019 15:46:29 +0200

and every time the autoresponder is mailing the MAILER-DAEMON@xyxyxyxyxy again and again and he replies again and again and again ;)

Hi,

You can stop creating tickets automatically. We recommend to review all incoming emails and manually convert the few mails that are not spam.

The reflecting configuration can be found under:

LiveZilla -> User Management -> Groups -> Group -> Tickets

hm i see - but then the customer becomes an autoresponse short before the he gets an answer of our customer... then autoresponsing makes no sense anymore ;)

there should me a filter... something like if email receiver = xy then no autoresponder if receiver = zy then autoresponder...
the problem is caused by newsletter bouncebacks...

so if there is an autoanswer from customer to a newsletter - then no autoresponse...
if its an email to our support email adress, then autoresponder
