I have a server that does not accept the connection via APP (Android and IOS). Even if there is an error in the system, the operator is connected.

Error submitted http and https connection
"
Can not connect to the Livezilla Sever.
The target URl seems to be wrong or network is down

Please check / validate the URl (server Profile)

Further information:
You need at least Livezilla server version 5.0.1.3 to run this app
"

Is there a feature that needs to be activated? How can I identify the fault?

Help me

Hello,

I decided to better illustrate the problem with some images.
See that the URL on the mobile device is correct

1. Login Browser Desktop;
2. Connection OK;
3. Logoff Desktop;
4. Login Mobile APP;
5. Login Browser Desktop - Connected operator.

See that the system recognizes that there was another connection.

I have no idea what it can be. ;(

Most likely, it's caused by webservers CORS configuration.

Make sure the access-control header allows the APP to connect.

Could you tell me what value needs to be changed?
