Dear LZ Team,

Would it be possible to introduce a group filter option for chat overview "All chats"? This is needed to keep a more efficient overview e.g. in case you have 100+ concurrent chats running but they are part of different entry groups and departments. The current version displays all running and waiting chats of all entry groups which already is a challenge for us as we are loosing overview (especially SV level).

Ideas:

1. Introduce a filter option where you can select the desired entry group and only chats related to this group are displayed.
2. Introduce a group filter in form of rows (collaps/expand) per entry group which also shows the current status e.f. active chats = 5, waiting = 0, etc.. if the group row is not expanded

Is this something you can take into consideration maybe as SPF?
