Chat history display multiple chats

Hi, could you look at the screen shot of an active chat session in the Windows 10 App - you will see that when i changed the user in the client/user end, it appears within the same history window. This is from the same PC, same IP Address and same browser session but from within my web application, it is a different user. As i change user, I do use the API to kill the chat and it does end as you see (left the chat).

What do you think is happening? i am not expecting to see the conversations mixed in the same history.
