routing of chat requests

we have three product sections on our website. These are clearly separated via the URL
www.xxx.com/section1/
www.xxx.com/section2/
www.xxx.com/section3/

There is a trained product specialist for each area.

How is it possible to distribute the chat requests directly to specialists depending on the product area?

Hi,

Create three separate chat buttons, one for each site.

Configure routing for each button under:

Link Generator -> Element -> Routing

Do I still need a chatbutton for the rest of the pages and how do we configure it so that it only appears on the remaining pages?

It is a pity that there is not the support needed here. Our trial period is still a week.
