Knowledge Base Suggestions Before Chat Starts

What activates the suggestion to user that the answer they need might be in the Knowledge Base and does it pull from the title/text or only from the "tags"? Also, is there a way for that to come up each time a new chat is started (even if they close it/exit chat then reopen). I saw it come up one time then closed chat then reopened and started a new one but it gave no suggestions and went right to chat.

Hi Danny,

You can deactivate/configure that feature under:

Server Configuration -> Knowledge base -> Search
