Dear LZ Team,

To even further simplify the integration and usability for our customers it would be nice to know if you can implement the following feature.

A red dot appearing above the overlay chat widget in case a support agent send an invite or a new answer to a customer who maybe collapsed the bubble. This would perfectly indicate that there are news for the customer and maybe helps to raise awareness without the need to show the preview text windows.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We had such red dot in previous version where chats message were not shown outside of the chat box. Now that chat messages will be shown even when the widget is closed, I don't see demand for this. You will end up seeing the red dot indicating message you already noticed.
