Merge chats

Sometimes our customers interrupt their chats and some minutes later they start a new one. Often they connect from another device (using another ip or browser, so it appears as a new visitor) but they want to continue the conversation topic where they left it, so our operators have to search in the Chat Archive and alternate between several chats.

Is there any way to "merge" various chats, same as alredy is possible with tickets. If not, would be possible to implement it on a next update?
