When we try to forward a chat or invite another operator we get the popup window but without any operators in it. Also the buttons do not work.

When I try this by using a browser instead of the app I see the following JavaScript error:
TypeError: toAdd[key] is undefined[Learn More] CommonInputControlsClass.js:785:9
CommonInputControlsClass.TagEditor.prototype.AddTags

I changed line 785 so it checks if toAdd[key] is defined, however, then another JavaScript error occurs:
TypeError: _langs is undefined[Learn More] jquery-2.1.0.min.js line 2 > eval:236:16

b/< https://chat.ad.alternate.nl/mobile/js/jquery-2.1.0.min.js:4:14159

When I fix that, another one pops up.

I figured it might have something to do with no language set for our operators so we've set a language for all of them but the error still occurs.</anonymous></anonymous>

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Yes, that's the problem. I don't know why adding languages didn't solve it though. Did you miss an operator?

We will try fix that issue for the next update.

Today it works. It seems that changes made to operators are not immediately synced to all logged in operators.
