In order to add new operators to our chat, we are making the experienced ones to join open chats so they can "whisper" to the learning ones how to respond to a client. Unfortunately, our customers see that there are two operators inside the chat, and some of them have complained about that "lack of privacy".

Is there any way to hide the message "Operator X has joined the chat" and the list of participants in a conversations to the chat users?

LiveZilla 8.x provides a new mentor mode (Join as Mentor) where the joining operator is visible to the host operator and hidden to the customer.

Did you try that?

Oh, that's perfect! We've just updated from LiveZilla 7.x to 8.x and we thougt that mentor mode was like invisible mode in V.7.x so we couldn't whisper between operators without joining normally and been seen by the chat user.

Thank you very much Patrick!
