We have our Livezilla 'Call Distribution / Routing' settings set to "One Operator (Load Balanced)", and will rotate through available operators until one picks up. Does this choose randomly from those operators with the fewest current chats? (I think that's what I read.) They think that it is going through the available operators alphabetically when a new chat comes in and that it is not random. Is there a setting we're missing somewhere, or is that how it works?

Thanks!

Hi,

That's correct.

One Operator (Load Balanced)
The initial target operator is the one with the fewest chats. However, if you decide to rotate further, it will switch to alphabetical order.

I agree that changing this behaviour would make sense. It's on our list now.

Cheers.
