Hi,

I have blocked access to the operator console (index.php) when using a browser bu the block is not working with the Windows 10 or Android App connection profile. Could you tell me is there is a specific URL that the Apps use for initial access?

When you configure a connection profile in the app you just specify the path to the root of livezilla so therefore i don't know which file is used for initial display.

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

All clients, webbased, desktop, mobile, share the same interface.

The best approach to limit access is IP based filtering. You can limit access to certain IPs unter:

User Management -> Operator -> Security

Hope that works for you.

Cheers.

OK, I used URL Rewrite in IIS to make the index.php page forbidden. I was hoping that it would block the app as well. For that to work, i need to know which php page is targeted by the app so that IIS blocks it. If not then i can apply your method.
