Mobile version not displaying "reply" button correctly

since the last update to from 7.x, we encounter the following issue on the operator side, both from the web-based version and from the iOS app:
when opening a ticket, and seeing customer's request, the "reply" button is not clearly visibile, because it's partially cut (can't scroll either), so that it's very hard to push it.
