Notification by email to Group Users when there is a new ticket?

Hello,

How do you enable the Group users to recieve an email advising a ticket has been recieved?

Hi Patrick,

The message here actually says
Send Notification to group members when Ticket had been assigned

Does this not mean that when it gets assinged to an operator the group gets an email not a ticket has been created?
