Hello,

Is there anyway to customise the text in the attached images and also add the organisation logo?

So we would have the following layout example

Logo
Heading type text
Message

I have aaded the link for the company logo in Server Config > images also but as per the screen shots it doent load if it is meant too?

Also is there a way to remove the "Powered by LiveZilla" link at the bottom of the popup page?

Also I have created seperate groups for Live Chat and Ticekts only

However when I sent a text email via the ticket button created it dosent go to the correct "group" aslso I have removed the "Ticket" code in emails but it is still showing in the send preview so the end user also sees it

Also the URL via ticket or live chat shows the full url for the actual button used?
