Assigning operator to new ticket assigning self only

When a new ticket comes in and I set the operator to a different agent, it sets the agent to myself. If I do it again, it works as expected. It seems the ticket is always assigned to the current agent if it doesn't currently have an agent, regardless who's selected to be the operator.

I was able to reproduce the problem, we will fix for the next update.
