Permanent deletion of emails

Hi!

Under "Server Configuration -> Emails" I have configured mailboxes for incoming and outgoing mails.
If no ticket is to be created from a mail (e.g. it is a SPAM mail or an out-of-office note) , then I delete the mail. I can also see the deleted mails in the "deleted" tab.

But how can I delete these mails permanently?

Only the "reset" button is available. The trash icon is not working :(

Hi,

The emails from the "deleted" section will be removed after one month automatically.

So you just have to wait.
