Custom reports
- Is there any option to get custom reports based on passed through data(user email/phone number etc). We need to generate report of unique user (unique phone number of client).

Issue with ban(add filter)
-We have created a text link in link generator for client chat. When client is ban/blocked it displays a blank page. Is there any option or possibility to display a message or popup that user is block for x time?

There is no proper validation in create new operator
1. Validation on email address
2. Password validation. (even blank password is allowed).

Invite operator issue
1. Client initiates chat
2. Operator A accepts chat and start chat.
3. Operator A invites operator B to chat.
4. Operator B joins chat.
5. Operator B invites operator A to chat (operator A is already in chat)
6. Operator A joins chat.
7. Both operator A and B left chat automatically
8. Chat is closed.

Issue with ban(add filter)

Unfortunately, custom reports are not available. It turned out that it's better no tell the user that he was "banned". We changed that a while ago and we don't plan to change it back.


There is no proper validation in create new operator

Invite operator issue
This issue should be fixed in 8.x.
