Hi,

We purchased Livezilla in the past few months and have already put 24000+ chats across it since May. We use it for an internal company support system and other than when we ran it on IIS and PHP it would crash alot but we put it on Linux now and it's rock solid.

I was wonder if there is a way to make a queue board we can put in a TV that shows # of people logged in, # chats going on, Waiting, in queue and avg times and stuff. Right now are just using the all chats window but it has more info than we need and isn't really as custom as we would like.

Also permissions based on groups is a huge need for us. We have 100 operators and having to edit the DB each time we need to make a mass change to permission is a real nightmare.

Thanks for your thoughts, highly appreciated! :)

Both, a dashboard showing all important numbers such as ongoing chats, operators etc and permissions roles, will be available in LiveZilla 8.x.

We plan to release 8.x BETA in september.
