We have three brands and use the same install between them on an anonymous domain.

If the customer goes from one brand the another, the colours/formatting changes but their existing chat/history is saved or shown which is quite bad.

Could LiveZilla implement something where the chat contents is not shared between sites/links generated? I.e they have a unique ID per instance so that data does not appear to be shared.

Other hosted and self-hosted options appear to support this well and with the loss of multi-server installs, which really never worked that well for such purpose, is there any chance of adding this?

Thanks

Hi Matt,

I have added this to our list for the next major.

Cheers.

It's "this script is compatible with other scripts".

Thanks. It seems to work and not share the chat between links/sites but the name/email is copied.

Can that limitation also be applied to entered data?

Sorry to bump this but it does not appear to work fully due to the carry over of data...

Hi,

Did some tests and it works fine. Once I deactivate compatible mode for the chat button, form fields are blank.

It works for me for the chat content and those in progress but the form fields such as name and email are transferred across. I even have them not stored in cookies (as per the field settings) but this seems to not make a difference. :(

We do but on the public pages there isn't any and that is the data that copied across.
