Operator can`t login

Hello,

I have a problem with a new operator, i added the Operator with LDAP Auth.

If he trys to login, immediately he got a message that he logged out by another operator, even if its no other operator logged in.

The lizenz is for 10 operators, with the newone we are only 7 operators, no bots are configured!

The logfiles from the client are empty!

I'm getting the same thing on mine 7.1.0.3
Unlimited, it's letting some people on but not new logins.

In the DB the password field isn't be populated for these new users even when it looks like they are logged in but then booted out.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, this is not a known issue and I can't reproduce the problem.

We would need to have access to an affected installation. Please create a ticket on our website and reference this topic.

Before I open a ticket I am going to try a few things on my side overnight tonight and see it I can fix it. I suspect it may be PHP LDAP but we shall see.

What type of logs/access will you need to correct this. I updated to the most recent version and it still happens. Only on new accounts, any current accounts are still working.

We were able to reproduce this issue on a customer installation, a fix will be included in the next update.

Perfect i've stopped adding users right now due to this issue.
