With the luanch of GDPR we are think that the tickeing sustem is the best way for messaging rather than direct email as need to be able to delete all user data if required.

So with this in mind as livezilla will be used for a charity we do not really want the end user seeing that it is a ticket system and them being a "number", is there anyway to change what the end user see's i.e. the word ticket removed ?

Hi Stuart,

absolutely. You can modify the email template under:

User Management -> Groups -> Group -> Languages -> Language -> Emails
