Hello!

In the new version 7.0.9.4 I am facing difficulties to use Ctrl + V (paste text) and Ctrl + Z (back actions) when talking to a visitor (chat) and creating/answering a ticket. First, when I paste a text, even copied from Notepad (text without formatting), it is placed in a new line. When I press Ctrl + Z the copied text remains and last typed text disappear. Please, can I configure the new version to use only plain text (instead of formated html text) in tickets?

Please, can someone help? Is this an issue or the normal operation for the new versions? Can I disable html edition and use only text? This is giving me a big headache, once I used to copy and paste texts EVERYTIME in the ticket or chat...

We will try to provide a workaround for this in the next update.

Same thing is happening to me, I try to paste a special character ë and it's pasting it in new line.

Please fix as soon as possible.
