My chrome browser is sending this:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

And LiveZilla reports this:

MAC OS X 10.1 (Puma)

I understand that you are using software form another project for this detection.

But maybe an update of _lib/trdp/mobde.php would help?

Hi,

We fixed this issue in 7.0.9.4.

Is your install up-to-date?

Thanks for your reply.

On our server I have version 7.0.9.4 but in my local download, where I was looking into the code, it was 7.0.9.3
So I was looking into old code and you have updated the file already. :-(

Unfortunately the reported problem happened on our server with version 7.0.9.4 :-(

Can I help you in any way to pinpoint this problem?

Cheers Jens

I can't confirm this issue.

It detects High Sierra, Mountain Lion etc. correctly now.

Keep in mind that the codes changes will only affect new visitors. Could that be the problem?

I didn't think about this. But yes, this is most likely the reason for what I see.

So how can I reset the LiveZilla user in my browser and force LiveZilla to assign a new user?
I deleted all cookies from the domain, where LiveZilla is running on, but I still get detected as the user I have been before. What kind of magic are you doing?

Thanks for the feedback.

I did some more testing and the USER_AGENT above is still parsed as Puma so you are right, problem not fixed in 7.0.9.4.

I have reopened the bug report.
